Eunhyuk of Super Junior marked the group’s 20th debut anniversary with a meaningful act of kindness. On November 6, he made a charitable donation to support children who care for ill or disabled family members—also known as family care children.
Celebrating 20 Years Since Debut
To commemorate Super Junior’s debut date, November 6, 2005, Eunhyuk donated ₩11.06 million (representing 11/06), while fans from the E.L.F. fandom contributed ₩20.05 million (symbolizing 2005). Both donations were made to the child welfare organization Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.

This collaborative gesture between artist and fandom illustrates the deep bond between Eunhyuk and E.L.F. Together, they provided a total of over ₩31 million, which will go toward helping 116 children who are providing care for their families under difficult circumstances.

Eunhyuk has consistently shown support for this cause since 2021. The foundation plans to use the funds for children facing extra responsibilities at home due to a sibling or parent’s illness or disability. The donation reflects a deep understanding of overlooked youth struggles.

In 2024, Eunhyuk became the 487th member of the Green Noble Club, which recognizes high-value donors who’ve contributed over ₩100 million. With this latest contribution, his total donations to the Green Umbrella Foundation have reached nearly ₩277 million.
